La Centrale Casino est l\u00e0, en plein c\u0153ur du quartier de Champsec, entre l\u2019h\u00f4pital et le stade de Tourbillon. Pr\u00e8s de 15\u2009000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s en plein c\u0153ur de Sion, dans un quartier d\u2019habitation, laiss\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019abandon. Ils sont \u00e0 l\u2019aff\u00fbt, dans le milieu, on les appelle les sentinelles.
